Assessment and Treatment

When you arrive at Recovery Lab Institute each client goes through a biomechanical and functional movement assessment for performance enhancement and injury prevention. We will identify postural, flexibility, general muscular imbalances and address individual weaknesses. This allows us to narrow in on what to treat whether it be a soft-tissue, joint or even a neurological motor-control problems. Once we identify the sources of dysfunction and injury we will customize your treatment to optimize your recovery using the different methods listed below. You will also receive a personal rehabilitation and training program for you to complete on your own in our gym or at home. If you would like us to perform any specific treatment from below, please specify in the ‘Request an Appointment’ form at the bottom of the page when you schedule your appointment.
